Introducing the O-ink Cartridge Refill Mail Program.

You send us a qualified empty cartridge, and we will send it through our process and then call you to let you know which cartridges have passed or failed.

How long does the process take? Once O-ink gets your cartridges it is only about 1 day before you get a call with the results

What kind of guarantee is there? 30 days from date on cartridge.

How does your process work? After visually inspecting the cartridges upon arrival for any damage, we then clean the cartridge and remove all old ink. After we fill the cartridge with ink designed for that cartridge, we then test the cartridge in a printer that use it. As long as the cartridge passes electrical and print test you get your same cartridge back .

How many times can I send my cartridge in ? Some cartridges can be refilled up to 10 times, while others only take a refill one or two times. On average 3-4 times before a replacement is needed.
