Does O-ink store my personal information?
O-ink only receives and stores information you enter on our Web site such as when you fill out a contact form or place an order. We use the information you provide to respond to your requests and to communicate with you. We are NOT storing your payment information for orders placed on the officeink.com website.

Yes, we do use cookies to improve your experience when using our website. You do have the option to adjust your browser to reject all cookies.

How does O-ink use my personal information?
We never sell customer information to other businesses. The information we gather about you is only used by O-ink for the purpose of providing our services, responding to your requests, fulfilling your orders, and communicating with you.

We do not share your information unless it is absolutely necessary to fulfill our promise to you. We do employ third parties to perform certain functions on our behalf, including   fulfilling orders, delivering orders, sending postal mail and email, processing payments, etc. These parties may have access to personal information if it is needed to perform these functions, but they are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

All of the customer information we receive is stored in our customer database hosted by Netsuite.
